That is a pity. Mind you a simple scan would do for me. Anything to save you postage or the long walk.The only way seems to be a plain paper scan...
Still other issues here, all explained already... whatever I do in ADDITION to the paper, it costs me more time... and 100% of our readers do not want to go for electronic only anyway.
