All I did was downloaded the 50.5 MB file and using Okular, highlighted the text from the articles, copied to a file (it did a pretty nifty OCR on the fly!) and then inserted the text into Scribus. A quick and slight tarting up followed. Time taken - about an hour. And I've never used Scribus before! Most of which was defining text and paragraph formats. I'm just discovered Master Pages - which might make life easier! Enjoy.
