success :( I've tried
including the drive names and all kinds but I just get an error
with bad parameter.
The file has been unzipped on my QL too.
It sounds like you've done all the right things.
Given that the error is 'bad parameter' I'll have to check if the
zip file on my website is OK. Bad Parameter error can occur if there
is no executable file header. I'll get back to you once I've checked
the zip file.

Yes, confirmed there is a broken file header in the infocom zip
program.
Have replaced it and uploaded a new version, and will email a copy
privately to Peter (apologies for the problems, Peter).
However, my original copy of the Inform package on the same page also
has the same problem, so I can't fix that one. Anyone have a copy I
could use to replace the broken file headers, or at least tell me what
the dataspaces should be so I can replace the "broken" version?
