While looking for something else I actually found the old QL hardware schematics on my hard drive. Considering that the files are 20 years old that's quite a feat, I think ;) Problem was, the current Windows version of the layout software couldn't read this old file format...
BUT I actually managed to get an 19 years old DOS version to work in a DOS emulator, and that was able to convert the files to the 19 years old file format. Which in turn was fortunately exactly "young" enough then for the Windows version to import :-) So, without further ado, there are two schematics, one for DD and one for an HD variant.
