Quanta is being very shy at the moment. If you are curious go to the
penultimate item of the Just Words! news page.

Remember where you heard it first!
You shouldn't open PDF files in your own frame. Let them open in a new,
separate browser window.
Cheers...Ralf
A lot of people do not like having to separately download a PDF file, (etc
...), when browsing a web site. Which may be why Geoff has done it within
own frame.
Better still, is to convert the PDF or Word file, etc, to HTML; and then
view it as a web page.
Thanks to both Malcolm and Ralf for raising this issue. Actually the PDF
coming up in a frame was accidental, but I decided to keep it to see how
people reacted. I am surprised that with over 300 QL visitors only 2 people
have commented. You cannot make a decision on whether or not to change it on
the basis of two people.
If you have a strong opinion on this feel free to say so, either on this
list or privately,
Best Wishes,
Geoff
