I made a couple of 64pin multiway connectors, not in plane form, but as an 'F' when seen from the end. The other with third female lower down. Mounted on a short piece of strip board and quite alot of spaghetti.

No anti bounce precautions, nor any felt.

As to card order, I only had a problem QEPlll which only worked at slot 0 above 768k.
