Yes, there is a sort of philosophy around encouraging "program development by young people".

Yet, once it is 'out in the wild' it will get used for whatever people feel challenged and inspired to do.

Which, I anticipate, will be quite remarkable ... and bring back a lot of 'fun' too in to the 'computing' world, along the way.
