just as a thought:
qwa.pflg $01 & 'QWA' 4 bytes QWA partition flag. (Any comments on what
this means exactly?)
Perhaps this has something to do with hardware, where a connected harddisk
runs in native(!) mode, eg Atari (or Q40/60?). On the Atari, you can format
a complete harddisk with several (or just one) partitions for SMS, so that
TOS does not recognize it anymore. This was, what I have done in the first
place, when I had my first MegaST 4 with 30MB harddisk.
Maybe that's the clue...? Not sure.
