I tried the YouTube link too, the comments under the video are just as

Neither did I for the most part. Especially when I noticed the sender had
spelt his name (which I obviously removed) in two different ways in the
email.
The first part could be answered with a reference to Peter Graf's QL-SD card
project from Memory Lane Computing, and to Minerva dual-screen mode, but
much of the rest of it stumped me. And there was me hoping it was just me
having a bad brain day :o(
