There is one issue to consider: CF cards greater than 64GB are usually LBA28 which won't work on QubIDE. A few smaller cards also insist on LBA28 instead of LBA24 and do not fall back to LBA24.
Anything that you're unsure of, maybe google to check if it will run in a Cobalt Raq 3 or 4, or a pre-Quicksilver 2002 Mac It shouldn't be a problem in almost every case, but it shouldn't be ignored either.
