Thanks for the new version. So far the bug with QD seems to have vanished.
But...
Shortly after I wrote the email yesterday I tried to configure ACP_obj,
which resulted in memory corruption.
I tried MenuConfig again this morning with the same result.
It happens when I selected a directory in the Archivers section.
Selecting a file does not produce the error.
An immediate beep alarms me something is wrong, Sysmon is blanked out.
It also happens when running DIR_SELECT$ direct from the command line, so
this points to a conflict with Menu_rext.
I do know that setting "short filenames" can also produce this kind of
problem if the current directory doesn't exist, so that is set off.
Menu_rext 7.66 or 8.01 both give the same crash.
