I've put v. 1.12 on the website.
A few bugfixes (prowess works again) and you can disable the nfa,sfa,win
and/or flp devices.

Thanks for this fix.
For those that don't read the new README, this DISABLE option came about
as a result of my problems mentioned earlier (20.02) with DIR_SELECT$
crashing on my machine.
It turned out that I had too many device drivers while DIR_SELECT$ can
only cope with 7.
This can be a problem on any platform, so be aware.
I suggested this option and now it's there.
SMSQ/m one step ahead of QPC2? ;)
