Hi all, here's an MPlanes update. The first batch is shipping out now. Three yesterday and the remaining outstanding orders tomorrow.
This gave rise to a question from a potential buyer. He has a US QL and said it would be hard to cut up his QL, and asked how many sales I was losing from people who simply didn't want to cut up their QL. So, for people with US, German or simply *fabulous* QLs, I'm doing a custom run of MPlanes which will place the QL board in the rear slot. This way, all the connectors face outwards and there are no clashes with other cards. In fact, this is so sensible, there are now simply two versions of the MPlane: Aurora :- socket in the lower front slot. QL :- socket in lower rear slot. I will post a copy of this, with photos, at qlforum.co.uk in a couple of hours... Also, pop in to SellMyRetro.com and check on the auctions.
