Referring to the web site: http://www.gwicks.net/qlis30dinner.htm, and
assuming that Menu 1 is on the left, with Menu 3 on the right, then I
suggest that diners be asked to select which menu:

.         is their first choice;

.         is their second choice;

.         their flexibility, on a scale of 1 for 'definitely preferred', to
5 for 'will eat anything'.

 

I suggest that the most obvious Scottish menu is haggis, neaps, & tatties,
followed by Cranachan, preceded by soup if the price will allow. With a
vegetarian option I.e. one simple standard menu for everyone.

 

Otherwise, the extra cost of paying for a personalised menu which is outwith
the basic, cannot be too high?
