I was asked by someone to put the QDT from the xcl directory into a QXL.WIN
for them and found that the filenames of the manual files are too long to
put into a sub-directory in the qxl.win
Easily renamed, but as I am unfamiliar with QDT I don't know if it accesses
these text files (i.e. by renaming them would I cause problems?)

I've created a cumulative incremental delta update package of version 3.02
(32 MB ZIP file) for those who have already downloaded (and installed) v3.01
(GA, 11.04.2015) or v3.01A (29.04.2015). Just unzip this ZIP file at your
storage location of the unzipped distribution and confirm to overwrite
existing files.
