That's right but I think this is only true for ProwesS itself not
for PWfile, Fsearch,Fontutils,DATAdesign, PFlist. Have a look

free and can be downloaded .The others have a price tag ( still in
Belgian Francs) and are not downloadable.
I hope I'm wrong here.
We seem to only be missing PWfile and Fsearch from Dilwyn's site.
