[Ql-Users] SMSQmulator 3.00

Hi all,

SMSQmulator 3.00 is out, for  versions 11 and 17 of java.
The bump to v. 3.00 is due to the manu internal changes that were.
SMSqmulator does now have aaaccess to srrial ports (this is stimll 
experimental - it works here....).
