[ql-users] Printing on QXL

I now use SMSQ/E 2.98 pretty much all of the time on my QXL but when, I 
print to 'par', some output is getting lost. This does not happen under 
SMSQ 2.57, so I put it down to SMSQ/E. I have tried setting the buffer as 
in:

PAR_BUFF 1024.

This seems to delay the breakdown. Is the buffer just too small? What size 
buffers do others use? Or should it be dynamic as in:

PAR_BUFF 0?

The printer is a Canon BJ-10ex.
