Here's the Dhrystone timings for my Q60 with overclocked 68060RC50 at 60 
MHz.

              C68 compiled    GCC compiled

Dhrystone/s   57339.4         76663.6
VAX MIPS         32.635          43.633

Both timings were done with COPYBACK cache-mode enabled.

These timings show that native 68k code on the Q60 can be around 2.3 times 
faster than emulated 68k code on the Athlon 1000. Still, 2.3 Ghz chips can't 
be far away...

...haven't tried bogomips yet
