[ql-users] new ProWesS

After a long wait (have been very busy with other things). I have finally
uploaded a new version of ProWesS on my site (www.progs.be)
It fixes the problems with displaying text in high colour mode with
anti-aliasing, and some small improvements in the DATAdesign engine
(including a fix to some intermediate problems). Thanks to Wolfgang Lenerz
for the DATAdesign work.
