Will be fixed in QPCv2.02. The problem is the difference between QPC
and all other platforms. If you close a PAR port on a QL, the PAR port
is still there (it's a piece of hardware after all ;-) and remaining
bytes can be printed without difficulties. But if QPC closes the
(physical Windows-) port at the same time it's just gone and can't be
accessed anymore. Now the close routine is delayed until all bytes are
printed.

Your mail regarding this problem still lies in my inbox... together
with about one hundred others. Everything that lies in my inbox will
be processed sooner or later, so I'll come back to it when I find the
time. But you're still the only one with that problem, therefore it
does not really have top priority ;-)
