Apologies to anyone who has been trying to contact me by email, i am having
problems in accessing received mail at the moment....
This problem has been going on for a while, and although the cable company
have been told what the problem is (presumably by a well known blue US
company), they havent been able to implement it yet.... Sounds like they
need to employ me as a bug identifier. Still, as the problem only affects
0.2 percent of users, you can imagine it is hard to track down and not vert
pressing.
