Help! I've been dreading the UK going PR as it will mess up all my lovely
code. This program is an old banger that has been going strong since 1983.
First on the Spectrum and then the QL.
Fortunately this is one election pledge (to the Liberal Democrats) that
Labour didn't keep. (Shame on me for writing that as I am a supporter of
PR.)
Please note I chickened out of writing part of the program for Northern
Ireland, whose politics I only vaguely understand. Mainly "vote early and
vote often" so I'm told. Even that 1/16th bit of Irish blood flowing in my
veins hasn't prepared me for Irish politics.
