The link to C68 on my site is just a link to files on Dave's site.
IIRC, the "C68" diff was available as in separate zip file (GNU textutils
or something like that).

Well, I got two binaries on my hard disk: one is named "diff3" (but it is
just a cut down version of full GNU diff 2.4) and is 38Kb in size. The other
one is named "diff" (full GNU diff 2.4 implementation) and is 90 Kb in size:
