Best if OE users change the character set under International Settings
to Western Europe ( ISO ) ... which I have subsequently done when
testing OE.
Probably another problematic default in OE that doesn't match
expectations ...
I don't know how dramatic the differences are between
>"Windows-1252" character set
and,
>"ISO-8859-1" character set.
in terms of display.
