From your new account send mail to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> with the
following command in the body of your email message:
unsubscribe ql-users [EMAIL PROTECTED]
and then
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
or form your old meial address to [EMAIL PROTECTED]>:
unsubscribe
in body of text.

and
subscribe
in the body of the text.
Full instructions will be n the email the group sent to you when you
joined, or many times in messages in this area. I did a text serach for
nvg.ntnu.no and got countless repetitions of this info (8-)#
