Umm ... a bit depressing to hear that.
I noted that with the amount of detail you included that you must have
put in considerable time ... so, once again, much appreciated.
I will certainly file it for reference.

I do an occasional distribution mailing list for the London Quanta
Group, so I know the effort it takes to put something together.
