Is this freeware, Shareware, Commercial or what? Where can I find it?
I like the idea of having Windows in 50 Megs - I have a few old PC's here
with tiny Hard Drives and this would help a lot.

Not only it strips Windows ME and 98 down to 50 Megs (even less if you
REALLY know what you're doing)
It's also like buying a new PC... and QPC (I am happy to report) is much
more responsive and (it feels) faster
