I did my MAX_CON thingy in DJToolkit years ago but calling IOP_FLIM which is
part of the PE stuff. I just wondered if there was now a call to get the
info about the window max sizes directly - IOP_FLIM simply returns the size
of the OUTLN'd primary window - which might not be the full screen size.
