You have no choice - I set out the layout graphically, so there is
therefore only one place for the indent (ie between Red and ground)

No idea - but it doesn't matter. The plug is connected to the QL side -
Vsync - QL Vsync
Hsync - QL composite sync. Used as Hsync here of course.
Composite sync is a mix of Vsync and Hsync. One is +ve and the other
-ve (don't ask me which (8-#) )
