It is hardware depended but it's a small "price to pay" to shut down the 
machine for half the price... Not to mention that however convenient it 
might be I for one was never totally for it... (Maybe I've seen too many 
damaged computers from unplugging hardware when they were on... maybe it's 
just me :-)
