Yes, I assume so, as it still seems very popular. I have always used Turbo. The latest version is 4. ( something ? ) I believe. Amusingly I read a review recently that compared the 2 compilers - in an old 'Your Computer' magazine from the 1980's ! Both came off well, as they have different strengths.
