In UK:
row     col
2       32       (UK pound sign)

keyrow ignores shift, and <shift pound> _is_ tilde, so it is the same
KEYROW. This applies to a lot of other shift characters too of course.

Yep - there are errors in the 12/84 manual.

my corrections are:

row     col

7       128     , (comma)
6       32      0 (number zero)
5       128     O (letter O)
3       1       [
3       128     ;
2       1       ]
2       128     '  (single quote)
