I had problems with QCDEZE on the Q60, but it was solved a long time ago, pre-Hove meeting, with the IDE driver, it seems that the IDE CDROM driver I was using, did not work correctly.
The version on the Q60 Distribution disks works with QCDEZE, which is very good.
