Except me (I am European after all.... Sorry but not even a QL beats 45 
days in Greece:-)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS plane changes inside the USA... Right now it is 
crazy.... Take my advise on that.

The cheapest rates I found so far are either AutoEurope's website or 
through Enterprise. Also a good idea would be to rent ("hire" in Brit. 
English) a car would be to go to either Orbitz.com or Expedia.com)
Also although it is required to have an Intl. Drivers license most cops in 
Maryland/DC/PA will not make a fuss about you using a foreign drivers 
license provided it is has some form of latin characters on it :-)
