Well, you are welcome to send it over. No need to have a US one, either.
I'll just hook it up to the video in on the PC, and that's multi-standard.

Worked just fine, and appeared to be very stable. Nice picture on monitor
at >70Hz refresh :-) Not much heat either, since he only used one bank of
1Mbit RAM (today that would be two chips at most, then it was 8).

I've used a 68008FN to expand a QL myself. It was a borad that took up to
3MB of RAM on 30 pin SIP modules. Hm, that reminds me - I may even have a
schematic diagram for this somewhere. It was a one-off I did for a friend
using perfboard + transformer wire technology :-)
