I am staggered how Wolfgang finds the time not only to read and filter
out the irrelevancies, but also to reply in [mainly (8-)#  ] measured
tones.

I am afraid I have totally lost the thread of the arguments as there is
so much to read, and so much to ignore.
I think both Gods had a hand in cutting me off for the last month. There
are at least two replies I sent I am glad (with hindsight) went into the
ether (8-)#
