Tony,

Computing, and indeed the sciences in general, seems to attract very few
women I'm afraid. I work in a pretty large softwra ehouse and about 95% of
the development staff are male.

My wife runs her own IT company - doing system testing for whoever needs it
- and she hates IT, but likes the money so she can buy even more shoes (I
call her Emelda from time to time). Most women I know just don't like the IT
business.

Shame really.
