I'm in the process of adding this to the QL Documentation CD, thanks
to Tony Firshman who kindly helped me get a copy as I was having
problems downloading a file of this size.

(Apologies to anyone who is waiting for an order for this CD, I'm
updating it to include this and a few other files received in the last
few days and am holding the orders for a couple of days to make sure
you get the latest versions).
