If the Service Pack doesn't help (not all driver changes get into these at first shot due to the number of them and the qualification requirements), depending on what computer you are using and who makes the sound chips, you can try the computer manufacturer's websight first and then, if still no improvement or new drivers found, you should try the chip maker's websight.
