Thanks, Paul. I don't have the virus, thankfully. Yet it seems someone else has inadvertently acquired the 'Bugbear' virus ... my address has just been 'harvested', and an old email made use of to this list ... for plausablity. A search on the net has turned up lots of good advice and descriptions of the virus. There is a free removal download at the following :- ftp://ftp.f-secure.com/anti-virus/tools/f-bugbr.zip Which is about a 50K file. The virus will attempt to infect all Windows systems with Win95 and beyond. -- Malcolm Cadman
