You ought to pay oneandone.com and get your own domain with redirection, and therefore never have to change again.I am in the process of moving ISP. My new email address with immediate effect will be [EMAIL PROTECTED] (The old Softnet one will probably remain active until mid December) The website has not yet moved, but will do so shortly.
jones.co.uk is not free of course, but dilwynjones.co.uk is free.
I can recommend oneandone - registering firshman.co.uk was dead easy on line with a credit card.
All you then do is redirect both <name>@dilwynjones.co.uk and www.dilwynjones.co.uk - all for 2 a year total (plus VAT I think)
You can redirect each individual <name> thus eliminating any other spam.
ie the [EMAIL PROTECTED] one gets form usenet.
