I downloaded somethign called the ssnb code which gave me a U# code (whatever that is) for my site. IIRC it has something to do with updating itself as the code and details are updated (?????) When I updated mine for the tesco.net version of my site, the procedure had changed completely, but even a complete PC duffer like me managed it eventually so you'll have no problems assuming you can remember your password! It's not exactly an 'intuitive' process so be prepared to do a slip-up or three like I did, but I got there eventually.
