While this is quaint, netiquette isn't the rule that applies here. The
RFCs are actual specs, and they specify a wrap width of preferably 74, and
not greater than 78, for the plain text component of an email.
Plain text is a lowest common denominator that should work in all
circumstances - as most terminals and printers have a fixed width of 80
characters, this should certainly not be exceeded - for the plain text
component of an email only.
