I scanned through my pile of Quanta magazines, but no luck. Perhaps it could have been during the year or two I was a lapsed member (96-98?) Some issues also were missing. Also checked the QL-User/World index. Sorry, cant help. (BTW: In my version of the QLindex, Quanta is only listed up to V6/I9.
