Oh yes
you're right,
PAUSE
50 really wait a second on both QPC 2 and QL2K.
I
don't read the manual correctly. Sorry.
Put
key hit cause me the major problem.
Jimmy.

Hi all,
I'm searching a SuperBasic routine to wait some real Milliseconds.
Following the SuperBasic documentation the PAUSE command wait 1 seconds
or pressing a key. This is not true under QPC 2 or QL2K.
What I need is really Milliseconds without pressing a key.
Perharps this is a well known issue but I don't know how to deal with
that.
Someone can help me ?
Thanks a million,
Jimmy.
What - PAUSE 50 does not wait a second on QPC2?? It does over here - ie. wait 50 frames or until a key is pressed.
Methinks you need one of Simon Goodwin's timers out of DIY Toolkit - if I can find them, I will send them across direct....
Any other solutions??
