which is all very well until you realise they have the unfortunate website

How the hell didn't someone spot that??
The site exists - though does not seem to be the Powergen company which we know and love.... The site is on about battery chargers for fork lift trucks (in some awful English - so maybe that's how they didn't spot the name - cos they can't understand much English).
