[ql-users] New uQLx-win32 distro availble

New uQLx-win32 distribution is available.

Changed since the previous distribution
1. Added Copyright messages for JS and Minerva Roms
2. Recompiled under new CygWin
3. Corrected some problems with XWin
4. Included instructions for recompilation under Windows XP
5. Repackaged as RAR archives... (Zip was to big, Tar.bz2 too difficult for 
many WIndows users to unpack)

Also the website is now available in English, French and Greek (other 
languages welcome!)
