The headers and libraries come out of the normal c68 distribution (from Dave Walker's or Thierry's site). Make sure you follow the instructions on the XTC68NT package so you can rename libc properly and put everything in their correct subdirectories (libc_a becomes c.a)
Also it's better that you update libc_a for GD2 from a QDOS/SMSQ installation of C68 as my SLB port never worked properly.
