F10 - is that the same as SHIFT F5?

Used as refresh (screen redraw) by many non-pointer programs (e.g.
Quill, Xchange, some of my older programs).
F10 (which is SHIFT/F5) does seem a good idea. However, in Perfection it toggles single/dual window mode.
